I worked on this image because of the interplay of lights and darks. I could feel the tension of gravity versus friction above me. The extreme range of f/stops, or contrast also made it a challenging capture. That is part of the beauty of an Alaska Photo Safari, the challenge. Sometimes you have to go looking for it, but it's always there.
